AS YOUR POSTPARTUM DOULA:

As a postpartum doula, I specialize in helping families land into parenthood with more mindfulness and ease.  By holding space during the transition into parenthood, I help families build confidence as they expand their new skillset and get to know their baby.  My services include experienced assistance with breastfeeding, help caring for baby, and general home support (laundry & food prep are some examples).  I allow parents time to connect with their newborns and themselves, all while promoting a restful and nurturing environment during the fourth trimester.

As your postpartum doula, I help keep the atmosphere calm, and you, confident.  I'm there to listen and offer ideas in the hard moments, and celebrate in the joyful moments.

People choose to work with me because they feel a connection, and want me to join their team as they land into parenthood for the first time, or navigate expanding their family.

HOW / WHEN WE WORK TOGETHER?

• 1 free initial consult, to see if we jive :)

• 4-5hr shifts minimum, Daytime only

  • Example (4hrs): 10:30am - 2:30pm (4hrs) OR 11:00am - 3:00pm (4hrs)​

  • Example (5hrs): 10:30am - 3:30pm (5hrs) OR 11:00am - 4:00pm (5hrs)​

• Access to my lending library -- breastfeeding particularly & fourth trimester (first 3mo. postpartum)

Investment:

$35 / hr (daytime only)

Pay by e-transfer preferred.  Weekly payment is typical.
